Bald fade....
This haircut is probably the most popular haircut in the barbering industry, especially in the African American barbershop. Its a blend from bald to light to dark. It can be placed in the back of head or on the top of the head, which is called a " Boosie Fade."

Afro....
The Afro is popular in the African American society seeing that they have been wearing this style since humans had hair. This style can be worn at many different lengths. But the sky is the limit when speaking on how high it can grow. That depends on the client. This hair cut can be worn with a taper or sideburns.

Medium fade....
This haircut is commonly referred to as a Medium Fade. "Medium" meaning that the hair is shaved completely to the skin 1/2 up the sides and back of the head and then tapered or faded into the length on top.
Mohawk....
The Mohawk is a hairstyle in which, in the most common variety, both sides of the head are shaven, leaving a strip of noticeably longer hair in the center.
Taper....
A tapered hair cut starts with longer hair on the top of the head and gradually decreases to shorter lengths, with the shortest lengths resting along the ears and neckline. Both men and women can wear a tapered haircut, although the cut does require the wearer to have shorter hair. Traditionally, a tapered haircut is short and surrounds the crown of the head. The haircut layers down from the crown towards the neckline. Each layer is tapered into the next, with a slightly shorter length then the previous row. The hair around the neckline is the shortest. There are two types of tapers, light and bald, and two placements of the taper, high and low.
Designs....
Haircut designs are popular among children hair cuts. These designs can come in all styles and shapes depending on the client, and the barbers skills. Examples of haircut designs are stars, tribal lines, cartoon characters, people, and names. They can be compared to removable tattoos. Actually they are done with a tattoo liners or detailers.
Even all over.....
This haircut is simple, seeing that that barber only has to get every inch of the client's hair at an even length. Rather it be really low, or kind of high, it all must be even. This hair style can be worn with a taper or sideburns.
Bald head....
This haircut is also a popular style among all male clients. This is the style men tend to get when there are signs of hair loss, or when they are tired of having hair period. Even though you technically don't have any hair, you'll still have to get it shaved every now and then to keep that clean smooth look.
